Instructions:

copy the appropriate images
boot.img:        boot disk. Always needed
root-pcmcia.img: pcmcia+networking+tar for remote restores
root-ftape.img:  ftape+tar for restores using a floppy tape device
root-disk.img:   disk utils for formatting/partitioning

for pcmcia:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/pcmcia start
/etc/pcmcia/network start eth0
tar xzf user@10.10.10.1:/data/pebble/current.tar

for ftape:
isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf
tar xzf /dev/qft0
